  • 2 mins at threshold HR (141-157) followed by 2 mins easy pedaling
  • 3 mins at TH – 3 mins easy
  • 4 mins at TH – 4 mins easy
  • 5 mins at TH – 4 mins easy
  • 4 mins at TH – 3 mins easy
  • 3 mins at TH – 2 mins easy
  • 2 mins at TH – 9 mins easy
